French Stisselspalt hops are highly regarded as one of the most pleasant aroma hops available, with similar characteristics to Hersbrucker. With low alpha acid and co-humulone, this variety produces spicy, citrusy, floral, fruity and herbal aromas that are typically used in traditional European lagers and light ales when noble-hop character is the desired outcome.
