Munich wheat beer yeast is a quick and vigorous fermenting strain used by a number of commercial breweries to produce the finest quality Bavarian-style wheat beers. This stain can finish in as little as 4 days above 17° C. Estery to both palate and nose with typical notes of banana.
Ideal Temperature Range: 55-66°F (12-19°C)
