K-97 is a fantastic German Kolsch yeast strain that adds floral and balanced fruity character to delicate beers styles like Kolsch and Belgian Wits. Forms a very large white krausen head during fermentation and produces very little esters. Now available in larger 100 g sachets for direct pitch into test sized batches or large homebrew batches.
