Great simple lager yeast. Gets out of the way of the finished product and very low for any ester production. Definitely needs a good rehydration or starter to get it up and running at those low lager fermentation temps but good performance overall.

Clean yeast. I directly pitch 2 packs in a 5 gal batch which works great as an alternative to a starter (at a cost).
