WLP080 Cream Ale Blend White Labs PurePitch Next Generation Liquid Yeast

White Labs WLP080 is a blend of ale and lager yeast strains. The strains work together to create a clean, crisp, light American lager style ale. A pleasing estery aroma may be perceived from the ale yeast contribution. Hop flavours and bitterness are slightly subdued. Slight sulfur will be produced during fermentation, from the lager yeast.

The shelf-life of White Labs PurePitch is 4-6 months from the QC-release date labeled on the package. As a result of the proprietary dual-layer film, yeast are able to remain in excellent condition with high viability and performance.
