White Labs WLP775 English Cider Yeast is a classic cider yeast strain that will ferment dry, while retaining flavour from apples. Some sulfur produced during fermentation, but will disappear in approximately the first two weeks of the aging process. Also can be used in wine or high gravity beers.

The shelf-life of White Labs PurePitch is 4-6 months from the QC-release date labeled on the package. As a result of the proprietary dual-layer film, yeast are able to remain in excellent condition with high viability and performance.
