WLP670 American farmhouse blend was inspired by local American brewers crafting semi-traditional Belgian-style ales. This blend creates a complex flavour profile with a moderate level of sourness. It consists of a traditional farmhouse yeast strain and Brettanomyces. A great yeast for farmhouse ales, Saisons, and other Belgian-inspired beers.

The shelf-life of White Labs PurePitch is 4-6 months from the QC-release date labeled on the package. As a result of the proprietary dual-layer film, yeast are able to remain in excellent condition with high viability and performance.
