This German Kolsch all grain beer kit makes a crisp, clean ale with light, grainy malt flavour and delicate fruity aromas. Kit includes 9 lbs of the finest German malts, two noble hop additions and your choice of authentic German Kolsch yeast strains. The result is a delicious ale with subtle malt sweetness, delicate fruity notes and a refreshingly dry finish. A great brew for all grain brewers who enjoy American and European-style specialty ales.
