American Stout Extract Beer Kit with Steeping Grains

American Stout is the hoppy and bitter, bold and roasty cousin of foreign extra stout. It has noticeable coffee and bitter-sweet chocolate flavors. Our American Stout extract beer kit is crafted from the highest quality extracts and steeping grains while the two hop additions help balance out the intense flavours. A great brew for experienced extract brewers who enjoy American and European-style stouts and porters. A yeast starter and fermentation temperature control will help ensure a dry finish. Be a dude and abide by letting this beer age until the flavours have mellowed.

	Obsidian Deep, robust and richly rewarding. Obsidian has distinct notes of espresso, chocolate, roasted malt and black barley, with just enough hop bite to cut the sweetness.
Chocolate Stout Ebony in color with a rich creamy head. An earthy flavor of oats and hops with a rich chocolate truffle finish. The only US beer to win an award at the Mondial de la Biere Festival in Strasbourg, France.
