This light-bodied, complex ale was originally brewed in response to Pilsner’s popularity. Our Belgian Golden Strong all grain kit includes 12.5 pounds of the highest quality malted grain, sugar, hops and your choice of Belgian yeast strains. This great recipe produces soft malt character with some fruity and spicy flavour. Highly carbonated for a crisp, dry finish. A great brew for all grain brewers who enjoy European and American-style specialty ales. A proper yeast starter and good fermentation temperature control are required to successfully replicate this style.

	Duvel Pale gold colour with complex nose of dried fruit, malt and spices. Full bodied with a balanced palate, dried fruit flvaours and a bitter finish.
La Chouffe Golden amber colour with toasty aromas with citrus, floral and clove notes. Intense and flavourful followed by a rich, hoppy finish.
	Moinette Belgian style blonde brewed with Chouffe yeast and bottle conditioned with Ommegang yeast. Brilliant golden hue with delicate flavours of light caramel and candy sweetness.
