Our British Special Bitter all grain beer kit is made from the highest quality malted grains producing smooth and light malt character. A well-rounded hop schedule adds a moderate amount of bitterness, flavour and aroma. A great brew for all grain brewers who enjoy British and American-style bitters and IPA’s.

Ruddles County Originally from England’s smallest county, Ruddles has distinctive flavour of dark toffee and caramel combined with a crisp bitterness derived from using rare Bramling Cross hops.
