Canadian Pilsner Malt Extract Beer Kit

This crisp, refreshing North American-style pilsner was originally brewed by German immigrants. It has a light grainy, corn-like malt sweetness and a medium body. Our Canadian Pilsner extract beer kit is crafted from the highest quality extract and corn sugar. We add 3.5 ounces of hops in four additions for plenty of hop flavour and aroma without being harsh or overly bitter. A great brew for experienced brewers who enjoy American-style pilsners and are able to make proper yeast starters and control fermentation temperature.

Our Canadian Pilsner extract recipe includes:

• Two bottles of pilsen liquid malt extract
• One lb of corn sugar
• A total of 4 hop additions
• Priming sugar (choose option above)
