A clean, smooth and slightly-sweet lager with light grainy and caramel malt flavors and subtle notes of coffee, molasses and nuts. Our American Dark Lager extract kit is crafted from the highest quality extract, sugar and steeping grains. Lightly bittered with a single hop addition, this light-bodied lager is a true crowd-pleaser. A great beer style for experienced extract brewers who are able to make proper yeast starters and control fermentation temperature.
