Down Under IPA All Grain Beer Kit

Our Down Under IPA is a New England style hazy IPA similar to our Eastbound IPA as far as the malt is concerned, but when it comes to the hops, this kit focuses mainly on Australian hop varieties. There’s a small bittering addition, followed by a large dose of hops added in 2 stages during the whirlpool and 2 stages during fermentation. The finished product is a bright yellow-orange coloured citrus bomb with soft delicate mouthfeel and gentle background notes of oat. Be careful, as this one goes down way too easy mate!
