Originating in the US, this high alpha daughter of Simcoe and Nugget was developed by the Hop Breeding Company and released in 2012. Mosaic hops produce a strong and complex combination of tropical fruit and pine flavours (think Citra on steroids). These hops work extremely well in American Ales, IPA’s, NEIPA’s and Wheat Beers. If you enjoy this variety, purchase them in bulk and save money vs buying per ounce.
