Belgian Saison All Grain Kit

This refreshing, light-orange, high ABV farmhouse ale is both fruity and spicy. Our Belgian Saison all grain kit is produced from over 10 pounds of the highest quality malted grains and sugar. Two hop additions produce a moderately-bitter ale with some light hop aroma. Highly carbonated for a crisp, dry finish and a light tart-like acidity. A great brew for all grain brewers who enjoy European and American-style light specialty ales. A proper yeast starter and good fermentation temperature control are required to successfully replicate this style.

	Fantôme Saison A tremendously delicious saison/farmhouse ale brewed by Brasserie Fantôme with bright gold colour, citric and sour flavours, and a wonderfully musty aroma.
Saison Dupont Coppery blond, with the finest aromas and a strong bitterness transform this beer into a thirst-quencher with no equal.
	Hennepin This hoppy, saison/farmhouse ale has a champagne-like effervescence with a crisp but light on the tongue finish. Hennepin has a majestic golden hue.
Saison-Brett Based on the popular Tank 7, Saison-Brett is dry hopped and bottle conditioned with various yeasts including Brettanomyces, to produce distinctive earthy qualities.
